Pulled Pork is available for $8.00 per pound. This smoked pork is pulled and is mixed with our BBQ sauce and is excellent for sandwiches or by itself. One pound of pork will make three large sandwiches.
St. Louis Style Pork Ribs are available for $15.00 per rack. Our ribs are slow smoked with hickory and are grilled and served with our own sauce. A rack of ribs contains 12 individual ribs. One rack will feed ~3 people.
Smoked Beef Brisket is available for $9.00 per pound. Slow smoked for over 14 hours this brisket is chopped for sandwiches and can be sliced upon request for service by itself. As with the pulled pork one pound of brisket will make ~3 sandwiches.
Baked beans can be purchased per pound. They are traditional baked beans that are mixed with our smoked pulled pork and BBQ sauce. One pound of beans yield 4-6 servings. Inquire for price.
Coleslaw is available per pound. Our slaw is a chopped cabbage mixed with carrots , red cabbage and a mild creamy sauce. One pound of slaw is equal to 4-6 servings. Inquire for price.
